Oak Haven Farm Dinner @Counter Weight!

Attention all foodies & beer enthusiasts! Oak Haven Table & Bar & Counterweight Brewing are teaming up to deliver an esquire night of food & beer. We invite you to join us for a 4-course seated meal with beer pairings at the brewery!

The following menu will be served:

As guests arrive, they will enjoy a pour of Workhorse Pilsner. Guests will be able to mingle and hang out before sitting down. Meet & greet with the Head brewer Sean Piel and owners Matt Westfall and Albert Greenwood.

1st Course: Local Escarole & White Bean Soup
Paired with a pour of:
Proper Paws - Barrel aged Brett Table beer. - 5.6% table beer aged in chardonnay barrels with Multiple Brett strains. Big funky nose, with light citric fruit notes. Light oak on the taste with mild saison like spice notes.

2nd Course: Muddy Roots Harvest Salad (baby arugula, blackberries, dried cherries, smoked sunflower seeds, goat cheese, sun shoots, vinaigrette dressing
Paired with a pour of:
Blackberry Common Anomaly - 100% Brett Fermented beer aged with Blackberry. Tart with balanced acid, some nice apple skin qualities with clean dry finish.

3rd Course: Grass Fed Sous Vide Hangar Steak w/ muddy roots micro cilantro chimichurri served with local whipped black garlic potatoes and duck fat roasted local root vegetables. 
Paired with a pour of:
Space Coyote - IPA brewed with all Southern Hemisphere hops. Big passionfruit and overall tropical tones.

Dessert: Homemade vanilla bean & cacao nib cheesecake w/ strawberry compote. 
Paired with a pour of:
A special firkin of Void Oatmeal Stout with vanilla beans, cacao nibs and strawberries!

We can not make full substitutions for dishes as it is very difficult to be cooking on site; however, if any dietery or allergry requests are e-mailed BEFORE the event we will accomodate you!
