Join us and Jessica from Winding Lotus Yoga and Wellness, on the first Sunday of each month (unless a holiday prompts a reschedule) to stretch, breathe and decompress.
Combine mindfulness of breath and body with refreshing suds to follow...how can you go wrong!
Classes are 1 hour long, from 10:30 to 11:30. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get signed in, your mat set up, and situated. Class will start at 10:30.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and any props your practice may call for. Each class comes with a beer "voucher" inclusive in the class fee, good for up to a month of use.
Please grab your spot on the Counter Weight Website under the "shop" option. This order will be considered a "pick up" item. Select the yoga class under "events". Once purchased, a pickup time will be prompted. Simply select Sunday. The week cutoff pickup time does not apply to events, you're all set to go!

Jessica is a certified yoga instructor committed to inspiring compassion, balance, and mindfulness - on and off the mat. She teaches from a place of love and acceptance and is passionate about cultivating an atmosphere of non-judgment to support healing and optimal functioning of the whole self. Learning to use the power of her own breath to clear, heal and empower every aspect of her life is why she is called to share these accessible and life changing practices. Jessica is also certified with the Veterans Yoga Project to teach Mindful Resilience to active duty military, veterans, and their support systems. She loves minimalism, the zero waste movement, and all things working to protect the environment.
